What does “NAMA” stand for?

What does NAMA do?

NAMA is the national trade association of the food and refreshment vending, coffee service and foodservice management industries including on-site, commissary, catering and mobile. Its membership is comprised of service companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of products and services to operating service companies.

 

Is there a Membership to your Association and how much is it?

Do you have to be a member to attend the OneShow? If not, what do I need to show at registration in order to get in?

No, although pricing is higher for non-members. You will need to meet certain criteria in order to attend the OneShow. Please click here for more information on pricing.

 

I am a student. Can I attend?

Yes, NAMA partners with the hospitality programs at Georgia State University, Michigan State University, and Washington State University – but any hospitality student who attends the OneShow and shows their student I.D. at registration may attend free of charge.

Can children attend?

Yes, children are welcome on the show floor. Please note: Strollers are not allowed on the show floor.

Do you have visitor passes?

Exhibitors have an allotted number of complimentary badges for their booth personnel and guests, based on their booth size. Once their allotted badges are used, the price per badge is $150. Those individuals eligible for complimentary badge registration outside of the exhibitors’ allotment are: advertising agency representatives, architects, bankers, security analysts, educators, government officials, hospital administrators, public health officials and public relations executives. Exhibitors must fill out a Visitors Pass Form and provide credentials in order for their guests to be eligible.

 

Is the registration fee the same for my spouse?

Yes, the pricing will be the same for spouses as the member/non-member attendee.

 

What is the attire?

Where is the OneShow?

The OneShow will take place at the Venetian/Sands Resort and Expo Center in Las Vegas, NV.

 

How do I get to the Venetian/Sands Resort and Expo Center?

From McCarran International Airport: Head southeast on Wayne Newton Blvd toward Airport Departures. Keep left at the fork and merge onto Wayne Newton Blvd. Continue onto Swenson St. Turn left onto E Harmon Ave. Turn right onto Paradise Rd. Turn left onto E Flamingo Rd. Turn right onto S Las Vegas Blvd.  


How much is parking at the Venetian/Sands Resort and Expo Center?

The Venetian provides complimentary valet and self-parking.
