The Value of Your OneShow Registration
What Do OneShow Registration Fees Cover?
Trade shows cost money to plan, develop and execute. Marketing, special events, keynote speakers, convention space rental, registration processing, transportation and staffing are just a few of the cost areas for the NAMA OneShow, and there are many others not highlighted here. We recognize the importance of using your association's financial resources wisely and prudently. We have worked hard over the years to keep registration fees as low as possible – in a world where our costs continue to rise. It is important to note our exhibitors offset a large percentage of expenses as well as host their own events that make the OneShow a one-of-a-kind event.
Why Don't My Membership Dues Include the OneShow?
NAMA is a small association serving a very large industry, faced with many complex issues. As a not- for-profit organization and all of our resources are used to benefit our members and the industry.
Membership fees are used by the association in myriad ways:
- to lead the way in addressing many local, state and federal governmental issues
- enhancing and creating new educational offerings
- research and planning to improve the industry image
- creating a stronger offering to coffee service members
- developing industry and community relationships
- handling unique requests, inquiries and needs of our member
As a result, the OneShow is a stand-alone event that is self-funded. Membership dues are not invested in the OneShow, but some of the dollars earned from the OneShow are funneled back into the association and help keep the member dues at the lowest possible level.
