What is the expected attendance?

We expect:

4,000 individuals in attendance

1,500 operator attendees

250 exhibitors using 60,000 net square feet of exhibit space

 

Who are the OneShow Exhibitors?

Vending machine manufacturers

Coffee, tea and water service equipment manufacturers

Manufacturers of vendible, coffee-related and foodservice products

Suppliers of goods and services that aid vending, coffee service and foodservice operators in running their businesses

 

Who are the OneShow Attendees?

The attendees (buyers) at a NAMA OneShow are mostly food and beverage vending and coffee service operators. These individuals own and operate vending, foodservice and OCS companies.

 

Based upon results of last year’s attendee surveys 92% of attendees had Buying Power (final approval, recommend or specify purchases).

Can you give me some information about the booth?
Exhibiting at the NAMA Expos is a benefit of membership. You must be a member at the time your contract is received or a membership application must accompany your contract to be eligible to exhibit. Initial space assignment took place onsite at the 2011 OneShow. Contracts submitted after the expo will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum 1/3 deposit will be required for all contracts submitted prior to January 27, 2012. Final payment is due by January 27, 2012. All contracts submitted after January 27, 2012 must be accompanied by payment in full for the booth space.

What will be included in my Booth Exhibit Package?
In addition to 14 hours of exhibit time, your booth exhibit package includes:

Three (3) badges for the first 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased. One (1) badge for each additional 100

square feet purchased. Additional badges available for $150 in advance and on-site.
Deluxe background drape, side dividers and 7" x 44" booth sign.
Your company information in the official Program Guide including both alphabetical and equipment/product

listing sections.
Complimentary dry storage for your vendible products, supplies and equipment. Labor charges apply for deliveries to

your booth.
General cleaning of the exhibit hall.
An Excel file of pre-registered operators for your pre-show promotion approximately three (3) weeks prior to show date.
An Excel file of the entire operator registration list for your post-show sales follow-up approximately one (1) month

after show date.


Not Included in Booth Package:
Carpet or other floor covering
Furniture rental
Electrical, telecom, and other utilities
Material handling and labor
A/V, floral, photography, and other services (as outlined in the Exhibitor Manual)
Lead retrieval services

I am a New Exhibitor what is included in my package?
In addition to the items above, as a new exhibitor you will also receive:
New Exhibitor Ribbon to readily identify your company as "New" to the OneShow expo
New Exhibitor Pavilion-The pavilion is publicized extensively in NAMA marketing pieces *

* First Time Exhibitors are encouraged to exhibit in the New Exhibitor Pavilion, but this location is not required

 

What are the differences in the Pavilions?

Coffee, Tea and Water Service Pavilion

Approximately 85% of NAMA operator members are actively involved in coffee and water service. In 2011, 67 exhibitors had booth space in this pavilion at the OneShow in Chicago. The purpose of the Coffee, Tea and Water Service Pavilion is to highlight products and manufacturers dedicated to the coffee, tea and water service industry. The Coffee Service Pavilion is only available to companies that serve the coffee service industry.

New Exhibitor Pavilion
This pavilion has been designated as a showcase of First Time OneShow Exhibitors. Contact NAMA for more information. Benefits of exhibiting in the New Exhibitor Pavilion include:
New Exhibitor ribbon to identify your company as a new exhibitor while wearing your exhibit badge
New Exhibitor Pavilion - The pavilion is publicized extensively by NAMA in marketing pieces
Special listing in Program Guide. All New NAMA OneShow Exhibitors are encouraged, but not required, to exhibit in the New Exhibitor Pavilion.

 

How can I get involved?

  • Spread the word! NAMA will provide you with marketing tools to assist in your efforts including a logo or banner ad for your company’s website that links to namaoneshow.org; direct mail concepts, copy and graphics; e-mail marketing messages for customers.
  • Use the OneShow to launch and introduce new products, machines or technology. Show off your innovative ideas: watch the OneShow website for information on iSpots that will highlight your new innovations on the show floor.
  • Update your booth. Put your best foot forward and be sure to bring your CEO.
  • Sponsor! NAMA has redesigned our sponsorship opportunities delivering more visibility pre, post and during the OneShow
  • Bring a Surprise & Delight, celebrity or entertainment, moment to the show floor.
