The NAMA Show 2024 will take place May 7-9, 2024 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, TX.

Yes, exhibiting at The NAMA Show is a benefit of membership.

In order to receive the member exhibitor booth rate, your company must be a NAMA member in good standing before the start of The NAMA Show. If your NAMA membership is set to lapse prior May 31, 2024, your membership dues must be paid within 60 days of contract signing or by the start of The NAMA Show (May 7, 2024), whichever date is earlier.

If you are a first-time exhibitor or have not been a member, you may be eligible for the non-member exhibitor booth rate for this year only. If eligible, the non-member exhibitor booth rate allows you to exhibit without becoming a member, but at a higher rate per square foot for exhibit space. In future years, as a returning exhibitor, NAMA membership is required. If you would like to exhibit at the member rate, you may be eligible for a special one-time membership dues rate.
