FAQs for Attendees

What does “NAMA” stand for?
NAMA stands for the National Automatic Merchandising Association.
What does NAMA do?
NAMA is the national trade association of the food and refreshment vending, coffee service and foodservice management industries, including on-site, commissary, catering and micro markets. Our membership is comprised of service companies, equipment manufacturers and suppliers of products and services to operating service companies.
Where and when is the OneShow?
The 2017 NAMA OneShow will take place April 19-21, 2017 at The Venetian, 3355 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Is there a membership to your association and how much is it?
Yes, there are different categories of membership. Learn more about NAMA membership or contact NAMA Membership at 888-337-8363 or members@namanow.org.
Do you have to be a member or meet any criteria to attend the OneShow?
You do not need to be a member of NAMA to attend the OneShow, although pricing is considerably lower for members. Anyone involved in the coffee service, micro market and vending industries are welcome to attend the OneShow.
How much does it cost to attend the OneShow?
There are different price levels. Visit the registration page for pricing information.
Is the registration fee the same for my spouse?
Yes, the pricing will be the same for spouses as it is for the member/non-member attendee.
Can children attend?
Yes, children are welcome on the show floor. Children under the age of 18 can attend the OneShow free of charge. Please note: Strollers are not allowed on the show floor.
Does my personal care assistant have to pay for a registration badge?
No, if you have a disability and require a personal care assistant they will receive a complimentary visitor badge when you register together.
Can students attend the OneShow?
Yes, we welcome all hospitality students to the OneShow. Just show your student I.D. at registration, and you may attend free of charge.
Are educational sessions included in my registration fee?
All of our exciting keynote speakers and many other educational programs are included, unless otherwise noted.
What is the attire?
The recommended attire is business or business-casual.

How do I apply to exhibit?

Which booths are still available?
Check the floor plan for booth availability or contact Anthony O’Shea at 770.432.8410, x109 or aoshea@namanow.org.
What other organizations will be at the OneShow?
View the complete exhibitor list, composed of vending machine manufacturers; manufacturers of vendible, coffee-related and foodservice products; micro markets; suppliers of goods and services that aid vending, coffee service and foodservice and micro market operators in running their businesses.
Do you need to be a member of NAMA to exhibit?
Yes, exhibiting at the NAMA OneShow is a benefit of membership. However, first-time exhibitors, as determined by NAMA, will be given a complimentary, limited-trial membership to cover the membership requirement during their first show. All previous OneShow exhibitors must be a member in good standing to be eligible to exhibit. Please contact our membership department at members@namanow.org, for more information.
How do I reserve a booth?

What will be included in my booth exhibit package?
In addition to 14.5 hours of exhibit time, your booth exhibit package includes:
  • Three (3) badges for the first 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased
  • One (1) badge for each additional 100 square feet purchased
  • Additional badges available for $239 per registrant
  • 8’ back drape, 3 side drape, and black and white ID sign.
  • Your company listing with booth number in the official Show Guide
  • Company listing on the online floor plan, searchable by product
  • Company listing including description and product listing on the OneShow mobile app
  • Complimentary dry storage for your vendible products, supplies and equipment (labor charges apply for deliveries to your booth)
  • General cleaning of the exhibit hall
  • Pre-registered operator mailing list approximately three (3) weeks prior to show date
  • Post-show operator mailing list approximately one (1) month after show date
What is not included in my booth exhibit package?
  • Carpet or other floor covering
  • Furniture rental
  • Electrical, telecom and other utilities
  • Material handling and labor charges
  • Audio visual, floral, photography and other services (as outlined in the Exhibitor Manual)
  • Lead retrieval services
What benefits do you offer to new exhibitors?
In addition to everything that comes with your Booth Exhibit Package, as a new exhibitor you will also receive:
  • New Exhibitor Ribbon to readily identify your company as "New" to the OneShow
  • Six-month membership to NAMA
  • Special listing of Company Name and Booth Number in the Show Guide
What is the Refreshment Services Pavilion?
The Refreshment Services Pavilion highlights products and manufacturers dedicated to the coffee, tea and water service industry. Approximately one-third of the show floor is dedicated to this pavilion. The Refreshment Services Pavilion is only available to companies that serve the coffee service industry.
What deadlines do I need to know?
Dates and deadlines can be found on the exhibit page.
What will the exhibitor manual include and when will it be available?
The exhibitor manual includes all order forms, booth furnishing and carpet options, booth cleaning information, labor rates, etc. It will be available approximately 90 days before the show. Global Experience Specialists (GES) is the general service contractor for the OneShow, and they will offer a discount on all services ordered before Tuesday, March 28, 2017.
How do I update my exhibitors listing or add a description?
To update your exhibitor listing for print in the Show Guide (before January 30, 2016) please visit our exhibitor portal. If you have any issues contact Tina Carriere at tcarriere@namanow.org
