An industry mainstay yet very popular, the NAMA Supervisor Development Program is ideal for new or recently promoted managers who can benefit from additional management training through lively small group discussions and hands-on learning. This program will arm employees with a wide variety of essentials that will help enhance their skills as leaders, including time management, delegation, customer service and employee motivation.
Real-world scenarios will be addressed through mini case studies, interaction and
brainstorming with industry peers. Participants will develop a Personal Action Plan to implement changes to their organization.
